Please note that a valid report of illegal content must include the following details:
 

• A sufficient explanation as to why the reporting person or organization considers the disputed information to be illegal content;

• A clear indication of the exact electronic location of this information, such as the precise URL address or addresses, or, if necessary, further relevant details about the type of content and the specific nature of the hosting service that could assist in identifying the illegal content;

• The name and email address of the reporting person or organization, unless the information is presumed to involve criminal acts covered in Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU (sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, child pornography, contacting children for sexual purposes, including instigation, aiding, and attempts);

• A statement confirming that the reporting person or organization sincerely believes that the information and statements included in the report are accurate and complete.
