What materials are used? Our products are designed for babies and toddlers. The play mats are made from non-toxic, anti-slip, easy-care foam with baby-powder additive to neutralize odors. The playpens are made of sturdy plastic with child-safe locks. The sofas are made from plant-based SOFFKIN faux leather and bio-foam, waterproof and easy to clean.

Are the products safe? Yes. Our products are tested and certified according to CPSIA, EN71, and CE standards. They are free from BPA, phthalates, formamides, and formaldehyde. The mats are anti-slip and shock-absorbing, the playpens are safely constructed, and the sofas are ergonomic and sturdy.

How do I care for the products? Play mats and sofas can be wiped with a damp cloth. Please do not use harsh cleaners. Playpens can be cleaned with mild detergent and water. Regular care ensures durability and hygiene.

From what age are the products suitable? Our products are suitable from birth. They are ideal for crawling, playing, and frolicking, both indoors and outdoors. The mats are water-resistant and robust. Please don’t place heavy furniture on them and watch for pet claws.

Why does the mat smell when unpacked? The slight smell upon unpacking comes from the baby-powder additive in the foam, which neutralizes chemical odors. The material is harmless to health and commonly used in baby products. The smell dissipates quickly.

What if the smell persists? Air the mat well, ideally with open windows or outside. Wipe it with a damp cloth and let it dry. Usually, the odor disappears after a few days.

How should I store the products properly? Mats should be stored flat or rolled, dry and away from heat sources. They are not fireproof. If rolled, clean with a damp cloth first, then ensure it’s dry. This preserves quality.

What mat sizes are available? Dwinguler mats come in Medium (1.9 × 1.3 m) and Large (2.3 × 1.4 m), with thicknesses from 8 to 15 mm depending on the variant (Slim, Pro, Premium). BabyCare mats are available in Small, Medium, and Large, with thickness of 12–13 mm depending on the model.

Castle or Playpen? Which one suits me? The Dwinguler Castle is particularly large, tall, and safe – perfect for families with plenty of space. The BabyCare Playpen is more compact, lighter and flexible. Both have child-safe locks and fit perfectly with the mats.

What makes the Kids Sofa special? The Dwinguler Kids Sofa is ergonomically shaped, comfortable, made from plant-based faux leather with rapeseed and sunflower extracts, waterproof and easy to maintain. A perfect retreat for little VIPs.

How do I place an order with Dwinguler? Select your favorite product from our range and add it to your cart. Enter your shipping and payment details and confirm your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. Our customer service is always available if you have any questions.

What payment methods are available? You can pay safely and conveniently with PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Klarna (pay now, pay later, or in installments), Apple Pay, or Google Pay. You decide which payment method suits you best.

How are prices and taxes displayed? The total price including VAT is shown in the final step before placing your order. The tax is automatically calculated based on the delivery country and applied accordingly.

How long does delivery take? Within the EU, delivery usually takes three to seven business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment at any time.

Do I have to pay shipping costs for my order? No. Shipping within the EU is free of charge. There is no minimum order value and no hidden fees.

Do you ship outside the EU? Currently, we only deliver within the EU. Due to return handling, warranty processes, and customs regulations, we are unfortunately unable to offer reliable shipping outside the EU. If you have family or friends within the EU, we are happy to deliver to their address. For Switzerland, there is a separate solution available.

How does shipping to Switzerland work? With MeinEinkauf.ch, you can also order from Switzerland. You simply register there, receive a dedicated email address, and use the delivery address of MeinEinkauf GmbH in Konstanz. You place your order as usual through our webshop. Can I change or cancel my order? As long as your order has not been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations are possible. Please contact our support team as soon as possible via the contact form. After processing or shipment, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

How can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. This allows you to follow your shipment at any time.

What happens if a product is out of stock? If a product is currently out of stock, this will be clearly indicated on the product page. You can either wait for restocking or choose an alternative product.

How does the return process work? You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt. It is important that the goods are unused and in their original packaging. After inspection, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount. The return shipping costs are borne by you unless there is a valid complaint. These costs are a flat rate of €30. Please use our return form.

What should I do if my package is damaged? Please check your package upon receipt. If only the packaging is damaged but the product is intact, no further action is required. If the product is also damaged, please send us photos via the complaint form. We will handle the issue as quickly as possible.

What if the product does not meet my expectations? Please inspect your product immediately after unpacking. If it is damaged or does not meet your quality expectations, please send us photos and a short description via the complaint form. We will find a suitable solution together.

Is my data secure? Yes. Your data is protected using SSL encryption and is used only for order processing. You can find more information in our privacy policy. In addition, our shop is Trusted Shops certified for secure shopping.

Why should I create a customer account? With an account, everything becomes faster and more convenient. You can track your orders and benefit from exclusive offers. However, you can also order as a guest without any issues.

Are there vouchers and discounts? Yes. We regularly offer promotions and discount codes. You can find them on our website, in our newsletter, or on social media. Simply enter the code at checkout. Please note that minimum order values or expiration dates may apply.
